Recording Sheet Cats

 Recording sheet
 Cats

L.I. - Making connections to text sets
Solution 1 -  We should make our cat the last cat we have.
Solution 2- Keep your cats indoors, so they can eat native birds.
We think the best solution is to try to keep our cats indoors because they might chase
birds rats and mice.
READ the first TEXT

1.Text to text - What else have you read or watched that has been about cats?
You should let your cat stay inside so they don’t kill animals.
2.Text to self - Have you ever had a pet cat? NO.
  •  The Cat in the Hat , Goldfield, The Lion King.
3.Text to world - What do you know about what cats do in the wild?
They pick up they cats and find food.
Watch the  VIDEO, make the best cat your one.
Solution 1 -  We should look after our cats so it doesn’t die.
Solution 2- We should make our cat the last cat we have.
I think the best solution is how the cat was trying to get in the bucket because he
tried to get the bird but the cat fell down then the cat went back in the bucket then
the cat eats the bird and they keep they pet in door.
READ the NEWSPAPER ARTICLE
The 5 main reasons are:
  1. Dr Morgan.  Aradicate dimistic cats.
  2. SPAC thinks it's a silly idea.
  3. Stop buying new cats.
  4. Cats are a member of a family.
  5.   Cats are incredibly effective hunters  and are wiping out our native birds.

Free Time

Today I am having free time because I finished my work.

Tangrams

Today we did some tangrams, if you want to rotate you needed to press shift.

Rhymes

Rhymes
LI – rhyming words, alliteration, simile

Let’s start with jelly.
It’s a wobbly word
that rhymes with belly
and smelly, of course,
and my old Aunt Nellie,
who’s also wobbly
and works in a deli
when she’s not at home
in front of the telly
being wobbly and eating jelly
and thinking of her brother Kelly,
who ran away with a girl named Shelly,
who worked - small world -
in the very same deli
as wobbly, telly-loving
old Aunt Nellie.

Rhymes run around
as light as a feather.
Think of a few
and put them together.

Read the poem

List the words that rhyme with
jelly,Smelly,Shelly,Deli,Belly,Nellie,Kelly

Copy the line that have alliteration-It’s a wobbly word
